Terry Jay touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his brother Ron; and his sister-in-law Sharon. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Tracy Vining (Rod) of Kettle Falls, WA and Jeff Baxter (Kari) of Spokane, WA; his grandchildren, Jake Vining (Morgan), Ellie Fu Vining, Taryn, James, Jon and JJ Baxter; and his brother Gary (Diana). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and Baxter cousins.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Spokane Humane Society.
