He was predeceased by: his parents, Adeline Tellvik (Axness) and Stanley W. Tellvik. He is survived by: his grandson Zane; his wife Dee Tellvik; his children, Rebecca (Kelly), Gordon of Kettle Falls, WA and Paul Tellvik (Jenna) of Airway Heights, WA; his granddaughter Adeline Tellvik; and his siblings, Kathleen "Kaye" Gill, John Tellvik (Pat) of Bend, OR, Gene Tellvik (Cathy) of Hawthorne, NV and Dan Tellvik of Manchester, WA. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
