She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Frank and Mary Louise Frank; and her sisters, Julia Banks, Joyce Frank and Ermon Frank.

She is survived by: her husband Larron Patton; her children, Nia Garner of Seattle, WA, Charles Garner of Seattle, WA, Christy Garner (Kenneth) of Seattle, WA, Rosha'e Garner of Seattle, WA and Daniel Garner of Seattle, WA; her sister Margaret Pierce of Dallas, TX; her stepdaughters, Shikera Patton and Jasmyn Patton; her siblings-in-law, Curtis Patton (Debbie), Vernon Brown and Patricia Patton; and her close friend Georgette Lewis-Roy. She is also survived by grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Ground Community Church (3425 Martin Luther King Jr Way S, Seattle, WA 98144). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:45 PM at the Mt Olivet Cemetery (100 Blaine Ave NE, Renton, WA 98056).
