He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mays and Gladys Mays (Lick); and his siblings, Sally Ann Mays, Jack Mays (John) and Roger Mays.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Mays (Bennett); his sisters, Vonnie TenPas and Nancy Cook (Ken); and his children, Linda Rosa (Mario), Richard Mays (Connie), Bonnie Seone and Crystal Cianchetta (Tony). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
