It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Serena Clarice Halls (Kennewick, Washington), who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vaughn Ostler and Wilma Ostler; and her siblings, Suzie Davis and Patrick Ostler. She is survived by: her husband Larry; her son William; her stepchildren, Rebecca and Christopher; and her siblings, Mary Byer, Rejeana Roland, John, Mike and Kelley Ostler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
