It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Witwer of Kennewick, Washington, born in Yakima, Washington, who passed away on January 4, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hardies and Beata McGuire; and her son Dale Witwer. She is survived by: her son Keith Witwer (Shelley); her grandchildren, Dale Witwer II (Alisha), Christine Rinard (Matt), John Witwer (Jayme) and Daniel Witwer; her great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Jacob Rinard, Brycen and Aaron Witwer; her husband Samuel E. Witwer (Navy); her child Gail Carver (Marion); and her brother Donald Hardies. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
