She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Calhoun and Lola Calhoun; her son John (Jodie); her siblings, Joe and Venita; and her great grandchild Old.
She is survived by: her children, Carl (Michelle), Robin, Laura (Jim) and Dan (Carmen); her husband Carl Petty; and her siblings, Buddy (Vernett), Elaine (Phil), Annie (Richard), Pat (Larry), Kenny (Shelly) and Vonda (Larry). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was also happy to sponsor a child overseas and donated to many charities.
