Blanchard (Kennewick, Washington), born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on September 13, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Blanchard and Roy Blanchard; and his sister Mary Lou. He is survived by: his spouse Geraldine Grieve; his children, Michael Paine (Julie), Donald Paine (Michelle) and Christine Paine (Tony); his spouse Dixie Bruggeman; his daughter Susan Kelly (Bill); his stepchildren, Rick Bruggeman, Steve Bruggeman and Brian Bruggeman; and his sister Susan Coker. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
