He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russel Blair and Ruby Blair of Finley, WA.; his wife Mabel Blair of Vancouver, WA; his children, Vicki Blair and Richard Blair (Sabrina); and his siblings, Ralph Blair (Debra) of Kennewick, WA and Lois Rupp (Bill) of Idaho.
Over the years, Roger had developed Alzheimer's and he lived for the past two years at a wonderful care home.
