With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Que Quigley (Kennewick, Washington), born in Boulder, Colorado, who passed away on December 19, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Quigley and Geneva Quigley; his sister Charlene; his son Mark; his wife Joyce; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Casey, Grace Quigley, Willem Quigley and Michelle Casey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Benton Franklin Humane Society or Tri City Chaplaincy - Hospice House.
