He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughters, Shirley Burnham, Heather Pillarelli and Monika Christensen; his grandchildren, Rachelle English (Ryan), Andrew Pillarelli (Tyler), Lynsey Palocsik (Ricky), Taylor Crowell (Max), Connor Christensen (Michelle) and Garrett Christensen; his great grandchildren, Owen, Sam English and Olivia Palocsik; and his pets, Rudy and Macy. He is also survived by several nephews, a niece.
