He was predeceased by: his husband Sam McKay. He is survived by: his parents, Richard L. Black and Janette Black; his sisters, Sharie Ledford (Jerry) and Kathleen Harding (Tom); and his aunt Linda Reyburn (Sonny). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
