He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Gerhardt, Charles Urbany and Rita Urbany; and his cousin Ricky Ritenour. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Gerhardt and Mary Lipscomb (Mike); his children, Rylie and Jackson; and his siblings, Jeremy Gerhardt and Stephanie Johnson.
