She was predeceased by: her mother Rubye Jones; her siblings, Betty Jean Jones and Stanley; her sister-in-law Betty Avery Jones; and her brother Frederick Jones.
She is survived by: her husband John Dawkins; her brother Willie Jones (Dick); her nieces and nephews, Sabrina Esparza (Manuel), Chandra Fields, Melissa Jones Hardeman of Chicago, IL, Derick Jones (Andrea) of Las Vegas, NV and Marcus Jones of Spokane, WA; and her great-nieces, Alyssia Esparza of Toluca Lake, CA and Ashley.
