He is survived by: his wife Wanda McCollom; his daughters, Heather and Jade McCollom; and his grandchildren, Jesse (Whitney McCollom), Roman (Jordan McCollom), Zarred Green, Alicia Chavez and Marisa (Emily McCollom).

Due to COVID-19, a small, private family service will be held.
