She was loved and cherished by many people including: her close friend Shih Tzu; her parents, Lawrence Daniel Boone and Hazel Otey Boone; her husband Richard "Dick" E. Gardner; her son Richard E. Gardner Jr. of Tacoma, WA; her sister Francis Anderson; her aunt Merle Jean Heffley; and her brothers, Paul and Charles Frank Boon (Bill).
