She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Conrad Mikkelsen; her children, Lisa, Chloe, Erin, Olivia, Heidi, Jessica, Sadie, Heather, Matthew, Megan, Rosalie, Josh, Charlotte, Savanah, Lorraine, Reed, Emily, Adam, Stephen, David and Spencer; and her brother Duane Lee (Eva). She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
