She was predeceased by: her husband Boyd; her parents, Lester Smith and Viola Smith; and her sisters, Peg Fox, Liz Moore and Audrey Herron.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy, Pamela (Brian), Peggy (Rob) and Peter (Shelley); her grandchildren, Jennifer Brown, Kerissa Potter, Owen Peterson, Zach Hodge, Josh Jones and Alex Crump; her great grandchildren, Gregory Potter, Harrison Brown, Maggie Brown and Nola Jones; her nephew Terry Fox; and also Don Perkins (Virginia).
