We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2023, at the age of 46, Joseph V Issel of Kennewick, Washington, born in Hermiston, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Lee Carl Issel Sr.; and his stepbrother Randy Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Rogers Issel (Jim Raymond) of Hermiston, OR; his son Garrett Issel of Kennewick, WA; and his siblings, Lee Carl Issel II of Irrigon, OR and Angie Issel of Hermiston, OR. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
