He is survived by: his children, Janice Billings (Erik) of Finley, Joyce Ortiz (Tim) of Spokane, Maryjo Ward (Dan) of Eltopia, Michael Costanzo (Tracy) of Richland, Angela Costanzo (Steve) of Pasco, Rosie Costanzo (Melvin) of Pasco and Joe Costanzo (Kelly) of Kennewick. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and numerous relatives.
