He is survived by: his parents, William Frank Holzendorf and Barbara Garrett Holzendorf; his wife Brianne Michelle Holzendorf; his son Erik Loyd Holzendorf; his grandchildren, Theadore and Jackson; his siblings, Kathy Whipple, Bill Holzendorf Jr., Courtney Holzendorf, Keolani Wisdom and Kirstin Mercer; and also William Holzendorf. He is also survived by cousins, nephews and nieces.
