He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Rusk and Ruby Grace Hash; and his brothers, John Wayne and Eddie Dean. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Terri Johnson (Jeff), LeAnn Ostler (Glen), Nicki Pettijohn (Matt), Deborah Montgomery (Jason), Ryan Rusk (Jenny), Kathy Rusk and Jennifer Rusk; and his sister Pat Hamilton. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren, and 8 Great Grandchildren.
