He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gracie Watkins and Walter Watkins; his wife Wanda Smalley; his great grandchild Hallie; his children, Sheryl Rogers (Mark) and Mark Watkins (Lara); his brothers, Bill and Richard; his grandchildren, David, Bryan, Kevin, Devon, Lauren, Kyle and Nick; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Sage, Dawson, Kaleb, Kaitlyn, Leeann, Logan, Brooklyn and Jayce. He was also cherished by many loving friends and relatives.
