He is survived by: his significant other Duangjai Land (Lek); his sons, Jerry Wayne VanHoosen Jr. of Erie and Paul Matthew VanHoosen (Matt) of Lafayette; and his siblings, Melvin Stewart Jr. (Speedball), Diane Sanderson, Carmen Brown and Darian Shayne Daniel. He is also survived by several other family members and dear friends.
