He was predeceased by: his parents, Manford Merl and Florence Josephine McKinnis (Todd); his wife Lois Renee Bailey; his brothers, Robert and Richard McKinnis; his son-in-law Rodney Jackson; and his great grandchild Anthony John Milewski.
He is survived by: his children, Chyrl Petersen (Rod) of Springville, UT, Marlene Inglima (Leonard) of Pasco, WA, Jim McKinnis (Lea) of Maricopa, AZ, Ellen Jackson (Bill) of Springville, UT, Lois Evanson (Rob) of Kennewick, WA, Guy McKinnis (Chris) of Kennewick, WA and Michelle Pitcher (Clark) of American Fork, UT; and his brother Donald McKinnis of Danville, VA.. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
