He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J Flannery and Loretta I Flannery; and his son Kevin Flannery. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, John Flannery of Stilwell, KS, Susan VanDoren (Phil) of Pasco, WA, Michael Flannery (Lori) of Kennewick, WA, Scott Flannery (Karin) of Benton City, WA and Kati Flannery of Kennewick, WA; and his daughter-in-law Lisa VanPelt of Pueblo, CO.
