James Burns Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Blanchet Sartin and Justin Gladstone Burns. He is survived by: his wife Melva Thaete Wait; his brothers, John Burns (Donna) of Enterprise, OR and Joe Sartin (Ronda); his daughters, Carla McLane (Bruce) of Umatilla, OR and Kylene Peters (Dale); and his great grandchildren, James McLane, Jacob Binder and Clayton Binder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
