She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Skinner and Helen Skinner (Bushnell). She is survived by: her husband Dean Mitchell; her children, David Mitchell (Vali), Douglas Mitchell (Kathy) and Lisa Cutter (Bruce); her grandchildren, Ashley Olivier (Kyle), Steven Cutter (Amy), Morgan Orchard (Joel), McKenna and Claire Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Emma and Isaac Olivier.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to either the church or the Tri-Cities Cancer Center.
