She is survived by: her significant other Dallas Eugene Pentecost; her daughter Carol Ann; her sister Dorsey Carr; and her caregivers, Veronica, Janet and Amanda. She is also survived by 6 children, 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
