She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Chmelyk and Natalie Chmelyk; and her husband Walter Slipp. She is survived by: her children, Cathy (Gary Pipes) and Casey; her brother Victor Chmelyk (Louella); her grandchildren, Jared and Bailey; and her great grandchild Casey.
