He is survived by: his father Ralph Bender; his wife Tammy; his stepsons, Tyler Wilz, Garrett (Sara) and Wilz; his grandson Weston; his siblings-in-law, David, Merry McKenzie and Scott McKenzie (Kris); his stepfather Pete Brisby; and his siblings, David Bender (Christy), Jason Bender (Jami) and Jamie Perry (Don). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
