He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar David Garrett and Edna Myrl Harris; and his sisters, Anna, Opal, Ella, Cleta, Maxine and Bonnie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Ruth Zunker (Garrett), Paula Louise Bumpaous (Garrett) and Toni Lynn Zunker (Garrett); his wife Betty Darlene Gaskill; and his grandchildren, Stacy, Audra, Reese, Christa, Jake, Cody, Luke and Kelci. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
