He is survived by: his parents, Don Sundvik and Marian Sundvik; his wife Diane Kaul Sundvik; his children, Mollie Sundvik and Karl Sundvik; his siblings, Guy Sundvik (Kim) and Diana Brown (Mark); his nieces, Kristine Sundvik and Chelsea Hoff (Nick); and his cousin Ken Sundvik (Clint Hoiland).
