He is survived by: his brother Chuck; his wife Gayle Stack; his daughters, Cheryl (Anthony), Mary (Joseph), Megan (Shane) and Kelly (Bryce); his brothers, Matt, Mike and Gordon; his former wife Bonnie; and his granddaughter June. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
