He was predeceased by: his brother Darron Cannedy; his father Milo Cannedy; his grandmother Evelyn Somers; and his uncle Rodney Somers. He is survived by: his mother Betty Lou Cannedy; his wife Josie Cannedy; his children, Cade Douglas (Lindsey Douglas) and Ella Cannedy; his niece Morgan Cannedy; his nephew Drew Cannedy (Darra Cannedy); and his aunts and uncles, Bruce Somers, Cindi Somers, Denny Somers and Debbie Somers. He is also survived by family members and friends.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home (1401 S Union St, Kennewick, WA 99338). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
