Persinger (Kennewick, Washington), born in Henry, Nebraska, who passed away on November 30, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Alvin Wesley Persinger and Lillie May Persinger (Stallman); his significant other Nancy Horning; and his children, Philip, Dennis, Cindi, Penny, Jerry, Kelly, Karen and Allen.
