It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bennie Rae Welch (Kennewick, Washington), born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita (McClellan) and Bennie Welch, Sr.; his wife Joyce Palms; his girlfriend Alice; his stepson Keith; his daughter Belinda; and his brother Ron.

He is survived by: his pet Whiskey; his daughter Bonnie Gagnon (Calvin); and his stepdaughter Cindy Ellis (Ken). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Tri-City Cancer Center or the VFW.
