He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lynn Smith (Henderson); his stepmother Maureen Smith; his siblings, Linda Smith-Wilson, Howard Michel Smith (Beverly) and Andrew Smith (Tami); and his grandson Joshua Gurchak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
