She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen O'Neal and Henry O'Neal; her husband R. M. "Cork" Simmelink; her siblings, William "Bill" O'Neal, Waldo "Woggs O'Neal, Peggy Markham, Wilma Walters and Barbara Fouts; and her niece Betty Lou Lund.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Neal Fouts (Kathy), Jack Fouts, Mary Porter (Charles), Susan Boulton (Robert), Carol Montgomery, Linda Pickett (Terry), Gretchen Garrison, Thomas O'Neal (Margaret), Patrick O'Neal (Catherine), Jon Mackenstadt (Annette), Su Mayfield (Craig), Jan Rhodes (Roby "Dusty"), Rob Mackenstadt (Nancy), Dr. Robert McFarland (Barbara), Coeur, Mary Lewis (Douglas) and Jane Peterson. She is also survived by many great nieces & nephews and great-great nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers Audrey requested donations to the Parish of the Holy Spirit, Hospice House of Kennewick, Cork's Place or WSU Veterinary College in Pullman.
