She was predeceased by: her husband Charlie L. Couchman; her daughters, Pam Ficele, Debbie Kranjac and Karen Franzen; and her grandchildren, Rickie Dolph and Christopher Couchman.
She is survived by: her son Lester L. Couchman (Wanda). She is also survived by Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
