Alex Martin McKenzie Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alex Martin McKenzie (Kennewick, Washington), who passed away on July 15, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Alexander and Edith McKenzie (Bailey); his grandson Austin Philip McKenzie; and his grandparents, Alex, Emma, Willie and Kate.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. McKenzie (Crimmey); his children, Trina C. Ray D. (Goehring) and Dale W. (Neita McKenzie); his grandchildren, Taylor H. Goehring, Beau A., Sara R. Goehring (Bowen), Harvey B., Jaimie Goehring (Cooper), Victor M., Daphne McKenzie (Kraft), Amber D. McKenzie, Geoff Geyman, Jessica R. McKenzie, Charles A. McKenzie, Nichole M. McKenzie, Joshua M., Laura McKenzie (Hicks), Michael S. McKenzie and Timothy A. McKenzie; and his sons, Philip M. McKenzie (Midian McKenzie) and Brian C. McKenzie (Virginia McKenzie). He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
Over the years Alex also donated additional equipment to ensure that the squadron had robust communication capabilities to support any training, exercise, or search and rescue operations required by CAP Senior Members and cadets.
