He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gerard and Shirley Gerard; his daughter Ryan; and his sister Peggy Lund. He is survived by: his aunt Barbara; his uncle Bus Iverson; his cousins, Doug and Becky; his sister Jeannie Cain; his close friend Denise Mead; and his daughter Sarah Meadow Westenskow. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
