He was predeceased by: his parents, Hideo F. Ono and Irene M. Ono. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Ono; his daughter Andrea Ono; his grandson Kaidon Farnsworth; his son Brandon Ono (Katrina); his grandsons, Alex, Emmett and Landon; and his son Cameron Ono of Pasco.
