He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean (Sauberan); and his child Joel McConnell (Sheila). He is survived by: his children, Susan Hollander (Stanley), Wayne J. and Kevin McConnell; and his siblings, Beverly Wagner (David), Ernest Thomas (late Shirley) and Mary DeMarzio (Michael). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.
