He was predeceased by: his parent Walter Mikuszewski; his sibling Robert Mack; and his friend Eileen Muffoletto. He is survived by: his parent Emily Mikuszewski; his siblings, Eugene Mack and Alfred Mack; his nieces and nephews, Emily Myers, Linda Mack, Diane Mack, John Mack, Cora Myers, Eleanor Mack and Stephen Mack; and also Florence Ruszaj. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
