Born December 7, 1956, at Madigan Army Medical Center on what is now Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. Jim was a Washington resident his whole life. Jim Jordan achieved two Master Degrees and was a 15 year Paramedic/Firefighter with the Redmond Fire Department who moved through the ranks to become a Medical Services Officer for NE King Count Medic One.

He was also a 10 year volunteer Firefighter and EMT with Fire District 10, and also began working as an EMT trainer and researcher at Harborview Medical Center working for the Medic 2 program in Seattle.

He was a dedicated professional who gave 25 years of public service to the citizens of King County. True to his nature, these clients all became good friends. He delivered yachts of all sizes up and down both coasts, and relished the opportunity for the adventure these trips offered.
In the marina community, where Jim was the Harbour Village Marina President, he gave much of his time helping by serving on the board, initiating tasks and helping others with their boating needs and life issues. He was always there for you with a smile, a kind word, sound advice, based on his vast and varied experience.
