He is survived by: his spouse Jacqueline "Jackie" Armstrong (Herrmann); his child Lisa Hassett (Kevin); his grandchildren, Michael and Megan; and his siblings, Glenn (Mary) and Dale Armstrong. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
