He is survived by: his girlfriend Ann Bergquist; his children, Sandy Ekse (Bill), Bob Askew (Kat), Budd Askew (Irene) and Ron Askew (Vicki); his grandchildren, Ericka Thielke (Stephen), Billy Ekse, Natalie Aase (Justin), Nicholas Askew (Kayla), Stevie Askew and Sam Askew; and his great grandchildren, Clara, Anna Thielke, Tyler, Gracie Ekse, Elijah, Jonah, Ben, Viola Aase, June and Reid Askew.
