He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marjorie Haines Fletcher and Wallace Raymond Neill; his brothers, Robert Donald Neill and Roger Brian Neill; his wife Janice Louise Myers; and his children, Tracey Ann Bradford, Allan Wallace Neill, Stephanie Schwantes and Robert Garrett Neill. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
