He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Bevins (Mabel Bevins) and Mabel Bevins; his brother Richard Bevins; his former wife Patty; and his stepchildren, Sandy Tenant and James Herron.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Bevins of Kelso; his children, Guy Bevins, Debbie Bevins and Steve Bevins; and his stepdaughters, Kathie Parrish and Tina Mackenroth. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
